How to record videos with 2560x1440 resolution?
Video storage options decide your video resolution. There are two options you can choose for video storage: high compression ratio and low compression ratio. If you choose low compression ratio in video storage, there is only 1920x1080 resolution shown in the video resolution list. Thus, if you want to record with a 2560x1440 resolution, please remember to choose high compression ratio in video storage.
How to choose a good Micro SD card for the 70mai Dash Cam A400?
A400 requires a Micro SD card standard U3&Class 10 or above. You can check if the Micro SD card is eligible by its U3 and Class 10 logo.
Can I activate parking surveillance mode without a 70mai Hardware Kit?
No, the parking surveillance mode can only be activated after installing the 70mai Hardwire Kit.
Can I use the third party's hardwire kit?
We strongly recommend a 70mai hardwire kit to avoid device incompatibility.
