Order €150+ and get free shipping：
For Denmark, Spain (most regions), Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Monaco, and Slovakia.
Other European Countries:
We can still ship your order to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Slovenia, Romania, and Malta, but there will be a shipping cost.
Order Processing Info:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Time) will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, expect your goodies to arrive within 7-10 business days.
Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.

2. Tracking Number

3. Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).
We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
4. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
5. Order Modification

How to choose a good Micro SD card for the 70mai Dash Cam A800S?
A800S needs a high standard Micro SD card, which needs a U3&Class 10 standard memory card. Please make sure that your Micro SD card has a U3 and Class 10 logo.
What should I do if the dash cam gets stuck in ADAS calibration mode with no functional buttons?
Sorry to bring such inconvenience. Currently you can update firmware manually to solve this problem. Dose it Resist heat?
In general, the working temperature for dash cams is -10℃～60℃. Heating is a natural thing. What's more, our dash cam can resist heat itself. CE certification report has this related standard for safety. There is no worry about this issue. If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know.
Can I use the third party's hardwire kit?
To avoide the hardwire kit malfunction due to device incompatibility, it is recommended to use a hardwire kit from 70mai brand.
How can I see the live rear image in the 70mai app?
The 70mai APP doesn't support the live image switch function yet. You can press the first button on the left side to switch the live image in your Dash Cam A800S.
How can I turn off my dash cam automatically if my car supplies power all the time?
Please follow the path below to turn off the dash cam automatically after parking the car: System setting——Turned off automatically in parking——Choose the opinion you prefer.
What is the largest memory card size that is supported?
You can use a 256GB Micro SD card in your 70mai Dash Cam A800S.
Why does the time in dash cam A800S reset?
This problem is caused by the wrong time zone setting and turning on the GPS time service. You can solve it in the following ways:
1. Go to the app to find the time settings, select the date to sync with your phone's time zone. It will automatically show up for your phone system.
2. You can adjust the current time zone to the time zone corresponding to your current location, so that the automatically granted time will be the correct time.
