3. Doručovací adresa
Správná a úplná dodací adresa je nezbytná. V opačném případě může dojít ke zpoždění nebo ztrátě vaší zásilky, za kterou neneseme odpovědnost kvůli nesprávným informacím, které jste poskytli vy (naši zákazníci).
Nemůžeme změnit adresu, jakmile je váš balíček již odeslán. Pokud se nám balíček vrátí z důvodu nesprávné nebo neúplné adresy, budeme vás kontaktovat ohledně opravy a balíček bude znovu odeslán za příplatek.
4. Zrušení objednávky
Přijímáme zrušení objednávky před odesláním produktu. Pokud bude objednávka zrušena, dostanete plnou náhradu. Pokud je produkt již odeslán, nemůžeme objednávku zrušit.
5. Změna objednávky
Po zadání objednávky nenabízíme úpravu objednávky. Pokud chcete změnit položku(y) své objednávky, kontaktujte nás prosím včas, abychom zrušili původní objednávku a nahradili ji novou.

What are the advantages of HDR mode?
This model is equipped with hardware-level HDR capability, which can greatly optimize the imaging effect in scenarios with strong brightness contrast, such as the following:
- Entering and exiting tunnels or underground garages during the daytime on a sunny day;
- Headlights shining directly on the license plate of the vehicle at night;
- Shadow imaging of objects on the road in areas exposed to strong sunlight.
What is hardwire kit? Which kits enable parking monitoring or timelapse recording on this dashcam model?
Hardwire kit (parking mode cable) is an accessory that powers the dashcam in parking security scenarios. Its key functions include:
- Powering the dashcam continuously from the car battery after ignition is off, enabling parking monitoring/ timelapse recording;
- Automatically powering down the dashcam after preset duration to prevent battery drain.
Note: This dashcam model only supports the 70mai UP03 Hardware Kit.
What is the maximum SD card capacity supported by this dashcam?
It fully supports SD cards from 32GB to 512GB (requires U3 speed class or higher, minimum).
Can I use third-party power sources to power the dash cam?
This dash cam model requires a power supply with 5V/1.5A input, and it is recommended to use an official 70mai power supply accessories. If you prefer using a third-party power supply accessory, please make sure to opt for an accessory with power supply specificationsthat meet the requirements and comply with national safety regulations.
What is the "RS Filter" feature?
RS Filter is an exclusive visual enhancement feature for high-end 70mai dash cams.
While playing back regular videos or emergency recordings in the app, enabling RS filter superimposes high-tech visual elements on the video feed to display driving metrics such as vehicle speed, travel direction, altitude, lane mapping, and distance to the vehicle ahead.
What is the picture-in-picture (PIP) feature? Why can't I use it?
PIP simultaneously displays live feeds from the front camera and an external rear camera on a single screen. This feature requires a connected rear camera.

Can I turn off the watermark on the dash cam screen?
The speed and coordinates watermarks and brand logo watermark on the dash cam screen can be individually disabled. Simply select the “dash cam settings” tab on the device or on your mobile phone to turn off the watermark. However, the date and timestamp cannot be turned off.
Does parking surveillance function support sensitivity setting?
Collision detection parking surveillance function supports five sensitivity settings.
The difference between each level of sensitivity is in the judgment of collision recognition, the higher the sensitivity setting, the easier to trigger.
What is the purpose of GPS (global positioning system) on the dash cam?
With the dash cam's built-in satellite positioning module, the vehicle's current location information can be retrieved in real time, allowing for the following additional safety functions:
- Watermarking information such as speed, latitude, and longitude on the video screen provides evidence records with a reference.
- Dash cams record every trip your vehicle takes and summarize that information into a driving route that can be used as a reference for historical trip statistics.
Why is the video data stored in the dash cam not readable when it is directly plugged to the computer?
Please use a data cable with a data transmission function. The dash cam is equipped with a power cord without data transmission function.
