This applies to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, most of Portugal (18 out of 20 regions), Croatia, and Greece.
Order €150+ and get free shipping：
For Denmark, Spain (most regions), Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Monaco, and Slovakia.
Other European Countries:
We can still ship your order to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Slovenia, Romania, and Malta, but there will be a shipping cost.
Order Processing Info:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Time) will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, expect your goodies to arrive within 7-10 business days.
Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.
During a sale event, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We will process order ASAP, however if there is a significant delay, we will contact you through email.
2. Tracking Number
Once your order ships, we will send you an email including tracking number individually. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking update. If your tracking has no update over 3 working days, please contact us at onlinehelp@70mai.com, we are here to help.
3. Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).
We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
4. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
5. Order Modification
We don't offer order emendation after the order has been placed. If you want to change the item(s) of your order, please contact us in time to cancel the original order and replace it with a new one.

The dash cam battery pack powers the dash cam while driving, using the vehicle's engine. During parking, it provides uninterrupted surveillance without draining the vehicle's battery, offering extended monitoring for comprehensive security.

The battery pack features automatic current limiting, delayed charging, and external protection. It adjusts charging to prevent vehicle battery drain, delays startup to avoid excessive load, and manages temperature, discharge, and other conditions to ensure safe, long-lasting operation.
Tailored Installation for Easy Plug-and-Play
STEP1. Charging Setup
Opt.1 Cigarette Lighter Charging
By connecting to the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket, power is routed to the battery pack, which then directly powers the dash cam, enabling hassle-free parking surveillance without draining the car battery.
*If the vehicle has a constantly powered cigarette lighter, this method is unsuitable.
Opt.2 Hardwire Connection
Utilizing hardwiring connected to the vehicle's fuse box for charging
provides a faster charging speed, up to 30%. For those prioritizing
charging speed, opting for the hardwire connection is recommended.
STEP2. Discharging Setup
Opt.1 Directly Connect to Dash Cams
The battery pack features a Type-C 5V output interface for direct connection to the dash cam with the included cable
*For 70mai dash cam users, the battery pack enables parking surveillance without a hardwire kit if the 4G module is unused.
Opt.2 Connect via Parking Surveillance Cable
It also includes a 12V output interface, compatible with all 70mai dash cam models equipped with 70mai standard Hardwire Kits or 4G Hardwire Kits, and most other dash cams with parking surveillance cables, ensuring seamless integration for various setups.
STEP3. Securely Mount Your Battery Pack
Considering the vibrations during driving, it's recommended to securely place the battery pack with its wide surface facing downwards on the vehicle's floor, using the provided adhesive Velcro for fixation. After securing the battery pack, use cable ties to fasten the wires to prevent any
loose connections.
