We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

If I already have an Omni and a UP03/04, do I need to uninstall and reinstall when purchasing a 4K Omni?
No, you don't need to repeat the installation. You can just replace the main unit.
I have other 70mai models with rear recording. Can I directly replace the main unit and continue using the same rear camera?
No, currently the 4K Omni only supports the RC14 and the dedicated 4K Omni CPL.
Can I active parking surveillance mode without a 70mai hardwire kit?
No, the Parking Surveillance Mode can only be activated by installing the 70mai Hardwire Kit.
Can 4K Omni be used individually without 70mai App?
No, 4K Omni needs to bind with 70mai APP before you can use it officially. We suggest you download 70mai APP to activate all Omni functions after you get it.
What is the night vision enhancement function of this model? What are its advantages?
